We greatly appreciated their attentiveness in handling every part of the process, from booking to flying and arriving safely at our destination with 2 small doggies. We were grateful for their patience with our many questions. Attention to all of our needs were met and we enjoyed our flight. We will be flying with them again. They were accommodating and helpful in every respect.
