They were flexible on our flight times and had a nice, newly renovated reception area where we were offered drinks and snacks (as well as coloring books for our children) by their very nice staff members. We had two very capable pilots and a nice plane that felt safe and more up to date than other private charters we've flown. Would definitely recommend them! Leah W
